The following return policy is applicable only for orders passed online on www.refereeglobal.com, a platform runned by Arbitre-Équipement inc. (hereafter referred to as RefereeGlobal).

 

Reimbursement

RefereeGlobal will gladly, upon presentation of your order number, refund new, unused merchandise and returned in it’s original packaging, within 30 days after receipt of your order. All refunds will be made in it’s original method of payment. Any delivery charges that were charged to you will not be refunded. RefereeGlobal agrees to pay the shipping costs for the returned merchandise.

 

Exchange

RefereeGlobal will gladly, upon presentation of your order number, exchange any new, unused merchandise and returned in it’s original packaging, within 30 days after receipt or your order. Merchandise must be, at the sole discretion of RefereeGlobal, in the same condition as received. RefereeGlobal agrees to pay the return and shipment costs for the exchanged merchandise (maximum 1 expedition per order number).

 

Warranty

RefereeGlobal offers, upon presentation of your order number, a warranty to all purchased products of 60 days. Some products may have an extended warranty period. If a product that is damaged, for any valable reason, may not be exchanged, your purchase will be refunded. RefereeGlobal is the only entity with the power to choose between exchanging or refunding a product sold on its website. This warranty doesn’t cover normal use, improper use and accidental breakage.

 

Return instructions

After communicating your request by email to info@refereeglobal.com, please follow these instructions:

  1. Put the defective item(s) in his(their) original packaging with every instructions, pieces and accessories to ensure a full refund to your account. RefereeGlobal reserves the right to refuse a refund or to give a partial refund if packaging or product doesn’t satisfy return conditions.
  2. Print packing slip previously sent by email and apply it on the box. RefereeGlobal agrees to assume the shipping costs for the returned merchandise. If you omit this step, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
  3. You must send the tracking number by email to info@refereeglobal.com.
  4. To ensure a refund, your email request must be submitted within 30 days of the receipt of the order, and return must be shipped within 35 days of the receipt of your order.
  5. Any refund will be made in the same way as the original payment and will be made within 2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise.
